CITIZENS AGAINST MELROSE QUARRY is privileged to have the Canadian Environmental Law Association (CELA) accept us as clients. CELA provides pro bono legal services to individuals and groups with environmental legal problems and seeks to improve environmental protection through legislation. Richard Lindgren and Joseph Castrilli are providing our legal council. Since there are only four CELA lawyers and there are many pressing environmental concerns throughout the province that come forward from individuals and groups requesting their assistance, we are very fortunate indeed. It certainly speaks to the legitimacy of our concerns. CAMQ is a registered not for profit corporation and has engaged the services of an independent company to review the hydrogeological concerns.
